Macbeth

The shortest and most intense of Shakespeare's tragedies, "Macbeth" traces a man's descent into hell. A meeting with three witches unlocks secret jealousies and desires, and sets Macbeth on a path of murder and oppression. His fall is all the more harrowing to him but is powerless to stop it.
