Description
Hodder Group Reading Tests-interactive is purpose-designed for on-screen, standardised reading assessment, and enables individual progress tracking and group performance evaluation from age 5 to 16+. This CD-ROM includes all three Hodder Group Reading Tests, with two in parallel forms A and B - five tests in all:
HGRT 1 (Forms A & B): for ages 5 to 9 years
HGRT 2 (Forms A & B): for ages 7 to 12 years
HGRT 3 (single form): for ages 9:5 to 16+
Hodder Group Reading Tests-interactive:
? offers fully standardised on-screen assessment plus instant, accurate scoring, networked for whole-school use
? automatically calculates standardised scores, reading ages and equivalent national curriculum levels: parallel forms allow reliable re-testing
? facilitates individual progress monitoring through the school: overlapping tests give maximum flexibility across the age range
? generates a comprehensive range of group reading performance analyses and reports, by class or whole yeargroup
? flags reading ages which are a year or more behind chronological age
? also includes an optional 'extra time' assessment facility, for access arrangements (HGRT 2 and HGRT 3 only)
HGRT 1 and HGRT 2 provide audio-supported instructions for younger pupils.
The program is fully networkable, sets no limit to the number of pupil records, and comes with a two-year licence. A comprehensive User's Manual (supplied as a pdf file on the CD-ROM) gives full information on how to install, use and get the most out of the system.
