Focus on P.E.T.: Cassettes

These cassettes are designed to prepare students for the Cambridge Preliminary English Test. Each unit is linked to the topic areas on the exam syllabus so key vocabulary areas are covered thoroughly, and each contains balanced skills work which prepares students gradually. Easy-to-follow grammar sections cover the key language items required for the PET and a range of visual material familiarizes students with the skills they need for the test. A futher practice session revises and reinforces language covered in each unit, as well as familiarizing students with PET question formats. In addition, a full practice test in the style of the PET exam allows students to check their progress and assess further preparation for the exam. The teacher's book provides guidance, colour prompts for the oral part of the practice test, tapescripts and a full answer key.
