Frontrunner: Oral Practice Cassette Set 2, Level 3

This is part of a four-stage course which takes secondary students from complete beginner to intermediate level. "Frontrunner" contains a mixture of real-world and fantasy covering the lives of people from around the world as well as topics such as Robin Hood and Britain's first woman astronaut. The course aims to involve students actively in the learning process and to encourage them to work things out for themselves and to compare and contrast English with their own langauge. Students also explore different learning strategies, reflect on the most suitable for them and monitor their own progress. Each level of the course includes a students' book, workbook, teacher's book, cassette of dialogues, cassette set for oral practice. It covers grammar, communication, puzzles and games, pronunciation and writing. This set of oral practice cassettes contains pronunciation and speechwork exercises.
