Dick Tibbits, DMin has a doctoral degree in psychotherapy from Andover-Newton in Boston. Dick is an ordained minister, a licensed professional mental health counselor, a clinical pastoral educator and a hospital administrator. As a hospital administrator Dick has been a VP for operations, a VP for Human Resources as well as a COO and CEO. Currently Dick is an executive coach for hospital administrators and a performance coach to some of the world's premier motorsports racers.
During his career Dick pastored in New England, then became an educator and hospital administrator at Kettering Medical Center, Florida Hospital Orlando, Loma Linda University Medical Center and Florida Hospital Tampa. Dick has conducted original research on forgiveness and heart disease; which he presented at The National Institutes of Health, Harvard University, The Mayo Clinic, Duke University, Loma Linda University, and Stanford University.
