The first weeks start off with sound nutrition advice followed by exercise tips that will actually work with your efforts to lose weight instead of work against them. The latter weeks dive deeper into recurring emotional strongholds that many people are struggling with when it comes to their weight. All of this is encompassed in biblical encouragement, resulting in you having more energy to share the gospel.
