Just Reward?

This work aims to shed light on the emotive subject of executive pay. The author looks at the factors which influence the decisions concerning levels of pay, such as: the economic and social framework; the people who shape the decisions; the decision-making criteria, techniques and processes; how performance is measured and assessed; the affects of privatization in the UK; what the executive's pay package comprises; how continental European and US pay levels and practices compare with the UK; and how abuses can be avoided through better decision-making.
