The book comprises the fundamental concept and case studies for the noise removal or cancellation through various methods of adaptive filters. Various noises such as Gaussian noise (GN), Salt and Pepper noise (SPN) and Speckle noise, (SN) associated with various noise levels are focussed. The methods for noise cancellation given in the books contain two major sections: Shifted version and Local mean estimation based method. These two methods have been presented based on two techniques such as least mean square (LMS) error and recursive least square (RLS) error.
