Rezensionen / Stimmen
The presentation is the real difference,in that it liberally uses a number of diagrams and tables throughout to illustrate the concepts and their interrelationships. Overall, this will help enormously to demystify this difficult and challenging topic.' The Legal Executive Journal, April 2000. A very useful introductory text. It deals with the main areas in a concise and readable fashion, and even manages to make land law lively. AE Lyon, De Montfort University.
