This is the first book to examine fully in detail the variation and discharge of land obligations by the Lands Tribunal for Scotland under sections 1 & 2 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970.
The author takes full account of recent decisions, most of which are unreported.
