Library profession is a very noble profession and through modernizing the library operation and services applying ICT as well as facilitating other best practices, we may be able to fulfill the Five Laws of Library and Information Science enunciated by Dr. S.R. Ranganathan which ultimately aiming at satisfying users demands.
